GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -84 -CC
WHEREAS, Kathy Backus, M.Ed. qualifies as a Designated Mental Health
Professional as defined by WAC 275-55-020 (6) (b) and RCW 71.05 (6) and is
on loan from Adams County to Grant County Mental Health so that Grant County
Mental Health staff may participate in Agency Inservice Training:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of the Grant County Commissioners that Kathy
Backus, M.Ed. be designated to provide the services of a Mental Health
Professional as defined in RCW Chapter 71.05 effective the 29th day of
August, 1990 only.
