AUCTION SALE
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -89 -CC
ORDER DECLARING SURPLUS
WHEREAS, on September 4, 1990, the Board of County
Commissioners conducted a hearing on its intention to dispose of
County owned equipment declared surplus, and
WHEREAS, the following described equipment will be
offered for sale
A 1978 Ford Pickup, VIN #F14HRBC2470
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that no one objected to
the proposed list of equipment and that the order be granted
declaring the above equipment surplus.
