MERCHANDISE AUCTION SALE
RESOLUTION N0. 89 -39 -CC
ORDER DECLARING SURPLUS EQUIPMENT

WHEREAS, on May 2, 1989, the Board of County Commissioners
conducted a hearing on its intention to .dispose of County owned equip-
ment declared surplus, and
WHEREAS, Exhibit 'A', attached hereto, is a listing of equip-
ment and/or merchandise that will be offered for sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that no one objected to the
proposed list of equipment and that the order be granted declaring the
attached list of equipment surplus.
