GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 89 -41 -CC
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of :funds
:for the following department/fund: CURRENT EXPENSE FUND 40001,
OPERATING TRAN.;FERS-OUT,DEPT.4,.142 , together with a budget there-
fore, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it; has been brought to the attention of the 13oard
of County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions
require
require that an appropriation and Cxpenditure of funds be auth-
orized :for the above-mentioned department/fund, together with a
budget; therefor; and
WHEREAS, l)u.rsuant to RCW 36.40.140, Resolution No. 89 -33 -CC
was duly adopted on 4/10/89 ,and published in the
G.C.Journal On 4/20&4/27/89 declaring an
emergency and stating -the :facts constituting the emergency and
the estimated amount of funds required to meet it, together with a
notice of public hearing, and said public hearing was held thereon
where interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED I3Y THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds is hereby authorized for -the following
department/fund: CURRENT EXPENSE FUND #001,OPERATING TRANSFERS -OUT, DEPT. #142
in the total stern Of $ X3,953 according to the attached
budget:.
This resolution is in the best :interests of good government
and shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
