IN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHING
A CERTAIN COUNTY ROAD NAMED RESOLUTION NO. 89 -45 -CC
GLOYD ROAD
NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, it is the intent of Grant County to establish the
following described road section as a Grant County Road:
Beginning at the intersection of '10' NE Road
and 'H' NE; thence bearing due West along the
section line 3 miles; thence Southeasterly 1
mile to SR 17 and terminating.
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.81.070, a.public hearing
shall be held to consider said action and the report of the County
Engineer.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held
at 10:00 A.M., June 6, 1989, to consider said establishment at which time
all persons interested may appear and be heard.
