Re: ARPA - Fire District #15
Fire District #5, on behalf of Fire District #15, is requesting reimbursement of
$90,000.00 for the purchase of a 2003 Kenworth fire engine. This will leave a
balance of $10,000 of their ARPA funds to be spent at a later date.
The request, Resolution appointing FD #5 to make purchases and invoice is
attached for your review.

Dear Grant County Commissioners,,
Grant County Fire District# 5, on behalf of Grant County Fire District 15.
(See attached resolution) would like to make a request for reimbursement
from the ABPA funds to payfor a used 2003 Kenworth Type I Fire engine we
recently purchased. We believe this will be a valuable asset that will provide
reliable and modem equipmentfor our volunteers and the community they
serve.,
