RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 22-101 -CC
CLOSING OF AN EXISTING COUNTY
FUND — 2007 BOND CONSTRUCTION
FUND #303.001
WHEREAS, the closure of the 2007 Bond Construction Fund #303.001 may be
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
WHEREAS, all monies from this fund have been used and the fund may now be closed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the following fund is
here by closed: 2007 Bond Construction Fund #303.001 and the Grant County Auditor and
Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the closure of said fund in their
respective office records.
