The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearin to
Hearing consider a franchise to construct, operate
and maintain water distribution main and sewer collection main ain on certain County Road Rights -of --Way
within the County of Grant, State of Washington, for theur
p pose of carrying water.
Keith Elefson, County Engineer described the application.
A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded b Commissioner y mmissioner Jones, to close the public
comment portion of the meeting. The motion passed unanimously. A
Co Y motion was made by
Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Carter to approve the franchise agreement as
presented. The motion passed unanimously.
