The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to declare surplus miscellaneous vehicles and
order the sale via www. ublicsur lus.com.
Dell Anderson, Executive Director; discussed his request.
A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Stone, to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by
Commissioner Carter to approve the surplus and sale as presented. Commissioner Stone seconded and
the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
