Public Works Services — Fee's Policy Update Adoption

The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to adopt the Public Works Services Fee's Policy
Update. As there was no one from Public Works in attendance, Commissioner Jones read from the draft
that was proposed. Highlights were an added Trail Permit and Franchise Agreement Fees increase.
A motion was made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by
Commissioner Carter to approve Fee Policy as presented. Commissioner Stone seconded and the
motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned. (Resolution and Final Policy to be signed at a later
date)
