ROAD PROJECT DESIGNATED AS
CRP NO, 23-09
WHEREAS, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Dodson and Road 12-5YM Intersection Improvements,
State Road Log No. 91030 at milepost 2.235 to 2.245 is to be improved as follows:
The intersection of Dodson and Road 12 -SW is to be improved with the construction of a compact
roundabout. The compact roundabout shall have a mountable island in the center, so that large
vehicles can make turns, with following axles crossing over the island.
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered
and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36-80-030,
36.80.070)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road
fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
