Renew is currently under contract with Tatum Lawn Care for our routine lawn care and maintenance. It
has come to our attention that many of our plants and a few of our trees are dead and in need of
removal. Our County maintenance recently consulted with Tatum regarding this issue and received a
bid for removal and replacement.
Removal of 4 dead Maple trees, as well as removal and replacement of 49 plants throughout the
grounds, with material, labor, equipment, and tax comes to $5,799.40. Funds for this project will come
from 594.00.4800 (Repairs and Maintenance).
With the Board's permission we ask to move forward. If you have any questions, please contact me.
