ROAD PROJECT DESIGNATED AS
CRP NO. 23-08
WHEREAS, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Bridge #202 Repair.at the Road N -NE Canal Crossin%
ww�
State Road Log No. 44750 at milepost 3.81 be improved as follows:
Bridge #202 is structurally damaged and shall remain closed until repaired or replaced. This
project will repair the damaged Bridge #202. Should repair of the bridge be determined
infeasible, this project will become a bridge replacement project.
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered
and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.0307
36.80.070)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road
fund budget based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
