ROAD PROJECT DESIGNATED AS
CRP NO. 23-08
WHEREAS, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Bridge #202 Repair at the Road N -NE Canal Crossing,
State Road Log No. 44750 at milepost 3.81 be improved as follows:
Bridge #202 is structurally damaged and shall remain closed until repaired or replaced. This
project will repair the damaged Bridge #202. Should repair of the bridge be determined
infeasible, this project will become a bridge replacement project.
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered
and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36-80.030,
36.80.070)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road
fund budget based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
