RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 23- CM -cc
CLOSING OF AN EXISTING COUNTY
FUND TITLED "DEDICATED DRUG
COURT FUND" #123,000
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Dedicated Drug Court Fund #123.000 is no
longer needed; and
WHEREAS, the closure of the Dedicated Drug Court Fund #123.000 may be
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the following fund is
here by closed: Dedicated Drug Court Fund #123 and the Grant County Auditor and
Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the closure of said fund in their
respective office records.
