RESOLUTION INITIATING COUNTY RESOLUTION No. 23- 06) 01 -CC
ROAD PROJECT DESIGNATED AS
CRP NO. 23-07
WHEREAS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Silica Road Reconstruction (1 Mile S. Of Sunland Road to
Sunland Road), State Road Log No. 30990 from milepost 4.0 to milepost 5.0 be improved as follows:
This project will widen and overlay Silica Road starting 1 Mile S. of Sunland Road and ending at Sunland
Road. The new roadway will have a finished width of 40' with 0.25' thick Hot Mix Asphalt finished surface.
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered and
authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030, 36.80.070)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget
based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
