RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 23- DS' -CC
GRANT COUNTY RENEW
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
WHEREAS, Grant County Renew has miscellaneous items in their possession; and
WHEREAS, Renew has determined that these items are now obsolete, broken, and/or no
longer of use to Grant County and will be disposed of through the Grant County Landfill; and
WHEREAS, they are requesting that the Grant County Board of Commissioners declare
surplus these items that were previously destroyed, no longer have, or need to be disposed of via
the Grant County Landfill, per the attached list, and remove these items from their asset
inventory list.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the attached list of miscellaneous items.
