I would like to request that Auditor's O&M 124.166 fund be set up as an , investment
fund with the Treasurer's office. This fund was established in 1989 by resolution 89-67w
and was not setup to be an investment fund at that time.

RESOLUTION RELATING TO AN
AMENDMENT OF FUND #124.166
TITLED "AUDITOR'S OPERATIONS
AND MAINTENANCE FUND"
RESOLUTION No. 23-0'zSTCC
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that fund #124.166 titled "Auditor's Operations and Maintenance Fund" (O&M Fund),
established by Resolution No. 89 -67 -CC in July 1989, needs to be amended; and
WHEREAS, it is being requested that this fund be set up as an investment fund with the
Treasurer's Office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON that
the Grant County Treasurer is directed to invest all funds relating to this established fund for the
benefit of the fund.
