RESOLUTION RELATING TO FUND RESOLUTION No. 23- -CC
#311.001 AND CHANGING THE TITLE
FROM "PROP 1 SALES TAX" TO "NEW
JAIL EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT"
FUND
WHEREAS, it has been requested that the name of Fund #311.001 be changed from
"Prop 1 Sales Tax" to "New Jail Equipment Replacement" Fund; and
WHEREAS, the renaming of said fund and transfer of monies into this fund may be
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws; and
WHEREAS, this newly created fund is to be used only for: capital equipment repair or
replacement for the New Jail.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON that
this fund is hereby renamed as listed above and the Grant County Auditor and the Grant County
Treasurer are hereby directed to rename this fund in their respective offices.
