305E-17-058. The amendment revises the end date of the contract from June 30, 2023, to June
30, 2025.
6. Re -appointment letter for Amanda Laramore to the Grant County Tourism Commission for
another 3 -year term beginning August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2026.
7. New liquor license application for Dollar General Store #25365, in Moses Lake, WA from the
Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
8. Washington State Department of Commerce, Housing Division Homelessness Assistance Unit,
Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) Sub Recipient Agreement No. 24-46108-10 beginning July 2,
2024, through June 30, 2025, with the Housing Authority of Grant County.
FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
9. Request to proceed with the refurbishment of the Grant County Museum and Church with
Asbestos Central for the abatement of the church in the amount of $25,772.10., and Stan's
Construction to rebuild the bell steeples, replace siding as well as trim repairs in the amount of
$56.,075.32 for a total project cost of $81,847.42. This project will be funded from the Museum
Programmed Maintenance Funds 304.001.00.0000.59475600/4.

12. Resolution initiating County Road Project designated as CRP No. 23-03 on Silica Rd. Overlay (1/2

13. Resolution Notice of Hearing to Adopt the Annual Update of the Public Works Service Fees
Policy. The hearing will be held on August 22, 2023, at 3:15 p.m.
