The current Purchasing policy allows the .Fairgrounds Director to sign contracts, for Fair, up to
$35,000. This, year's entertainment and likely entertainment for future fairs will require
contracts ex*c- eeding this amount. These contracts are fully budgeted and supplemented plernehted with
LTAC funds.
Please authorize the Fairgrounds Director to Si-
gn contracts up to $40,.000 for the 2023 Grant
County Fair.. This is authorization for the purchase of entertainment services thisyear. One
band's contract is $40,000 this year. No other contracts are above the $35,000 authorized in
the purchasing policy.'
