RESOLUTION INCREASING THE FAIR RESOLUTION No. 23- 2. -CC
CHANGE FUND FOR THE GRANT COUNTY
FAIRGROUNDS FUND #116.159
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners that the Fair Change
Fund, Fund #116, Department #159, needs to be increased; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90 -53 -CC dated June 25, 1990 established this fund in the amount of
$100.00; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 12 -038 -CC dated June 12, 2012 increased the fund to $400.00; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 14 -017 -CC dated March 25, 2014 increased the fund to $1,000.00; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 18 -076 -CC dated August 7, 2018 increased the fund to $1,100.00; and
WHEREAS, it was later determined that $100.00 approved by Resolution No. 18 -076 -CC was not needed
and never used and was rescinded by Resolution No. 19 -068 -CC; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 19 -068 -CC dated August 27, 2019, increased the fund by $400.00 to
-1,-400.00;-and ---

_--WHEREAS, Resolution No. 20 -003 -CC decreased the fund to $800.00; and
WHEREAS, the Fairgrounds is requesting to increase_ the Fair Change Fund, Fund #116, by $16,500.00
for a new total of $17,300.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, to increase Fund #116, Department
#159, Fair Change Fund, to the amount of $17,300.00, for the cash registers at the Fairgrounds.
