CLOSING OF AN EXISTING COUNTY
FUND — DIVERSION MONITOR
CHANGE FUND #001.117
WHEREAS, the closure of Diversion Monitor Fund #001.117 may be accomplished
without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget et laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the
following fund is
here by closed: Diversion Monitor Fund #001.117 and the Grant C '
County Auditor and
Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the closure•
of said fund in their
respective office records.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any remainingpositive
p balance in said fund be
transferred to the Treasurer's Office.
