WHEREAS, the closure of Diversion Monitor Fund #001.117 may accomplished

without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the following fund is
here by closed: Diversion Monitor Fund #001.117 and the Grant County Auditor and
Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the closure of said fund in their
respective office records.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any remaining positive balance in said fund be
transferred to the Treasurer's Office.
