RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 23-,"-XA0CC
CREATION OF A NEW FUND TITLED
CRIMINAL JUSTICE SALES &USE TAX
#117.000
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that a new fund #117.000 titled "Criminal Justice Sales & Use Tax" should be established; and
WHEREAS, this fund shall be dedicated to the funds received for Proposition 1 — Sales
and Use Tax for Criminal Justice Funding; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund and transfer of monies into this fund may be
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON that
this fund is hereby created and established as listed above and the Grant County Auditor and the
Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to establish this fund in their respective offices.
