1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration etc.
2. Anticipating: Lease Agreement between Grant Integrated Services and Grant County Public
Hospital District No. 5 (Mattawa Community Medical Clinic), for building at 210 Government
Road in Mattawa, Washington.
3. Insurance Renewal Quotation for Crum &Forster Storage Tank Pollution Liability Coverage in
the amount of $4,718.04 for insurance coverage on Grant County aboveground and
underground storage tanks.
4. Anticipating: Agreement for the provision of Law Enforcement Services between Desert Aire
-� Home Owners Association and Grant County Sheriff's Office. Term of the agreement is July 1,
2019 and ending June 30, 2021.
5. Washington State Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) County Program Agreement,
Community -Based Domestic Violence Program Emergency Shelter & Supportive Services, DSHS
Agreement No. 1963-59401 in the amount of $5161038. Term of the agreement is July 1, 2019
through June 30, 2020.
6. Reimbursement Request #24 on Washington State Department of Commerce on Consolidated
Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 17-46108-10, administered through Grant County Housing Authority,
in the amount of $30,315.75.
