Staffing status
Seasonals
Capital purchases moving forward
• Red Gate Signage - Installed
• Reader boards - Did not work as planned
• Cord covers to be ordered
• Purchase of belt barriers —consent agenda item
• Ag Building HVAC — Tom is working on something
Building upgrades
• Cattle Barn upgrades — new roof - dpme
• Eagles booth upgrades paint — holding off now that they are not using it
• Concrete work around food booth and bathroom 7 - done
• Southfield repairs — Nathan Cox donating sod - done
• Concrete projects AAA Ready Mix donated concrete
• Chicken pens and new building — almost done
Fair status
• Entertainment — done
• Camping registration was done in 15 minutes, Parking 5
• Vendor registration is going well, we only have 3 booths available
• Superintendents — We have a new dog Super which is still causing some controversy
Rodeo updates
• Work parties begin this weekend
Revenue and expense comparisons — waiting on June
