RESOLUTION INITIATING COUNTY RESOLUTION No. 23- -CC
ROAD PROJECT DESIGNATED AS
CRP NO. 23-03
WHEREAS, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Silica Rd. Overlay (1/2 Mile S. Of Sunland Rd. to 1 -NW), State
Road Log No. 30990 from milepost 4.5 to milepost 6.99 be improved as follows:
This project will overlay Silica Road from 1/2 mile South of Sunland Road to 1 -NW with a 0.17' thickness Hot
Mix Asphalt overlay in two lifts. This project is 2.49 miles long.
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered and
authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030, 36.80.070)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget
and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
