1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc.
2. Anticipating: Agreement for the provision of Law Enforcement Services between Desert Aire
Home Owners Association and Grant County Sheriffs Office. Term of the agreement is July 1,
2019 and ending June 30, 2021.
3. Anticipating: Commercial Lease Agreement between Mario and Cindy Padilla and New Hope &
Kids Hope for additional office space at 311 W. Third Avenue in Moses Lake in the amount of
$2300/month. Term is July 1, 2019 through May 31, 2022.
4. State E911 Coordination Office (SECO) County Coordinator Professional Development (CPD)
Contract SFY2020, Contract No. #20-043, between the Washington State Military Department
(WSMD) and Grant County, Washington and WSMD Signature Authorization Form. Funding is in
the amount of $44,685 through WSMD and State Enhanced E911 Funds. Term is July 1, 2019

5. Grant County Reimbursement No. 7 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 18-62210-005 for the
period June 1, 2019 through June 30, 2019, with the Department of Commerce and
administered through the OIC of Washington in the amount of $33,782.07. This is the final
payment request on this grant.
6. Washington State Department of Commerce, Office of Crime Victims Advocacy, Core and
Specialized Sexual Assault Services SFY 2020 Grant No. 20-31310-165 in the amount of
$164,467.00 with a term of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.

7. Washington State Department of Social & Health Services, County Program Agreement, DDA
County Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities, DSHS Agreement No. 1963-58857. Term
of the agreement is July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 in the amount of $809,724.00. P4, & pc.,r{S SE -g rw."t-t.
8. Washington State Department of Commerce, Office of Crime Victims Advocacy, Community
Services and Housing Division, VOCA Expansion/Enhancement Initiative Grant SFY 2020-2021.
Grant Number F18-31219-816 in the amount of $190,000. Term of the agreement is July 1, 2019
