Resolution in the matter of proposing a sales and use tax for -costs to enhance and improve criminal justice and law enforcement functions within Grant County. This is pursuant to RCW 82.14.450 which authorizes counties to submit a proposition to the voters to impose a 3/10% sales and use tax to be used solely for the purpose of providing funds for costs associated with criminal justice, fire protection, or both.
