-met with Gail and Madeline regarding pay for employees

-Ardell Pavilion, hydro this week
-Bathroom one, open by end of week
—EM space will be shared by WSU / J -mac
department updates
Amazon packages, new policy regarding credit cards7

Steps, still looking for the proper way to repair
lights, new lighting for Courthouse
trees, will be removed once we award the sidewalk contract
sidewalks, bid will be published this week
—CAMA-TRS software, meeting was considered successful by Dude
solutions, I was not happy with County involvement.
—PPC, will try to get post orders wrapped up this week, will work with K.
McRae
-safety center, will be updating fairgrounds this week with pertinent players
and new graphics
parking lots next year, will be looking to FOG seal and restripe
upcoming cap outlay items, Kevin and Pete are verifying needs and we
will be placing bids out soon
—EM space, Reached out to PUD about cost sharing, they are willing but
don't know howl ceilings and Lights)
