City of Warden, Wastewater Collection System Extension
Dear Jill,
The City of Warden is requesting an extension for the above referenced funding.

The current expiration is August 1, 2019. It is our request to extend the date to February 1,
2020.
The City is awaiting the executed easements from Lamb Weston for the pipeline to cross their
property. I have been told by the local Lamb Weston team, that a third -party contractor has
been engaged to research the five easement locations requested for this collection system
pipeline. The City has been working with Lamb Weston on the easement requests, since
February 2019. Until those easements are filed, we are unable to go out to bid.
