1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc.
Agreement for the provision of Law Enforcement Services between Desert Aire Home Owners
Association and Grant County Sheriff's Office. Term of the agreement is August 1, 2019 and
ending July 31, 2021.
3. Anticipating: Commercial Lease Agreement between Mario and Cindy Padilla and New Hope &
Kids Hope for additional office space at 311 W. Third Avenue in Moses Lake in the amount of
$2,300/month. Term is July 1, 2019 through May 31, 2022.
4 City of Warden request for extension of time on Strategic Infrastructure Project (SIP) 2016-05,
Wastewater Collection System, from August 1, 2019 to February 1, 2020.
5. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services'
Prevention and Recovery Center (PARC), during April, 2019 in the amount of $15,310.39 on
Washington State Department of Health Care Authority Contact No. 1763-94250.
