10:30 a.m. Glen Stockwell, Chairman of the Washington State Economic Development Non
Profit Corporation, came in to discuss the Columbia Basin Project (CBP) and mentioned that at
the last Eastern Washington Council of Governments (EWCOG) meeting, two Commissioners
discussed attending a summit with the Ports of Seattle and Tacoma (Northwest Seaport Alliance)
for the fast track completion of the CBP. He would like to suggest Grant County also attend this
summit.
He is requesting that Grant County Write a letter of support in attending the NW Seaport Alliance
meeting.
