District Court would like to request $42,503.25 be transferred from our General Professional Services Account
001102.00.0000.512404100 to Facilities Professional Services account.
Tom Gaines with Facilities/Maintenance has taken over the District Court contract for Phoenix Protective
Corporation. Doing such, he will now be paying the monthly invoices for the Phoenix services. We would like to
transfer the remaining amount of funds we had established to pay for Phoenix Security over to facilities since they
will now be undertaking that Invoice.
Please accept this letter as our request to have the funds transferred.
