RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 23- it -CC
CERTAIN COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY (RENEW)
AND ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, Grant County (Renew) gave its intention to surplus and dispose of said
property listed on ATTACHMENT A through the following site:. www.-PublicsMIus.com; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the said proposition on the 13th day of June
2023, at the hour of 3:15 P.M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Grant County, Washington, having fully considered the proposition, finds that said County -
owned vehicles and equipment are not required for County purposes and that the public will
benefit by declaring said vehicles and equipment surplus and disposing of them in a manner
consistent with RCW 36.34.080.
