Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. 2. Request to purchase an Accessible Voting Unit (AVU) from Clear Ballot Group in the amount of $5,,436.00. This item was not a budgeted item and may require a budget extension at the end of the year. 3. Request to purchase custom cabinets and workstations to update and meet state requirements for the Elections tabulation room. Workstations will be purchased through Contract Design Associates in the amount of $10,442.79 and cabinets will be purchased from Archer's Cabinetry, Inc., int the amount of $14,438.88 for a total purchase price of $24,881.67. This purchase is approved through the HAVA3 Grant and is within the 2023 budget. COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE 4. Invoices 5. Washington State Military Department SECO County Coordinator Professional Development (CPD) Contract No. E23-019 for SFY2024 in the amount of $50,177.00 with Grant County/Multi Agency Communications Center (MACC) for State Enhanced 911 Funds; and Signature Authorization Form. Reimbursement request from Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on the Washington State Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program (ERAP 2.0) Grant No. 21- 4619C-108, in the amount of $54.,555.72 for May 2023 expenses. 7. The purpose of this amendment is to provide a 24 -month extension to accommodate a spend down of the remaining grant budget. 13. New liquor license application for Promociones Jalisco in Quincy, WA, from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. 14. Reimbursement request from the City of Moses Lake on the Department of Commerce Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) No. 20-4613C-100, in the amount of $44,852.36 for January 2023 expenses. 15. Reimbursement request from the City of Moses Lake on the Department of Commerce Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) No. 20-4613C-100, in the amount of $67,788.61 for February - May 2023 expenses. 16. Request to award Archer's Cabinetry, Inc the contract for the installation and construction of the cabinets in the Elections department in the amount of $14.,438.88. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES 19. 2023-25 Biennium Contract No. I<2415 between the Washington State Conservation Commission and Grant County for the Voluntary Stewardship Implementation. The purpose of this agreement is to provide funding for the implementation of the work plan as required for the Voluntary Stewardship Program (VSP). The term of the agreement is July 1, 2023, through June 301 2025. 20. Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between Grant County and Columbia Basin Conservation District for the Voluntary Stewardship Program (VSP). The purpose of this agreement is to facilitate the implementation of the Voluntary Stewardship Program and assume the duties and scope of work contained within the primary contract (K2415) between the Washington State Conservation Commission and Grant County. FAIRGROUNDS 21. Request to implement a 2024 rate schedule and updated changes for the Grant County Fair and the Grant County Fairgrounds. 22. Request to approve a recommendation from the Fair Advisory Committee to have a street be named Warnick Way, in honor of our State Senator Judy Warnick. Request for Director, Sam Castro, to sign the Washington State Department of Ecology Agreement No. SWMCLCP-2325-GrCoPW-00081, Solid Waste Management Litter Cleanup Program Agreement, for litter and illegal dump cleanup and prevention project. The term of the agreement is July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025, in the amount of $93.,700.00. 25. Resolution notice of hearing for establishing Chapter 10.48 of the Grant County code entitled "Primitive Road Designation". RENEW 26. Power of Attorney from Enterprise Fleet Management that would allow Enterprise to act as an agent for Grant County, in matters relating to registering, licensing, and titling of motor vehicles only. 27. Amendment to the Provider Services Agreement with Molina Healthcare of Washington, Inc. The purpose of this amendment is to provide services to Medicaid clients by increasing the WISe Case rate as well as updating the leakage code set for 2023. TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 28.
