between Garth Dano and Sean P. Boutz, Attorney at Law, of Evans, Craven and Lackie, P.S. to
service as Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney to perform and render legal assistance and
advice regarding the matter of the H5 Data Centers -Quincy, LLC v. Grant County, Douglas County

4. Reimbursement Request #1 on Washington State Department of Commerce on Consolidated
Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 20-46108-10, administered through Grant County Housing Authority
