I believe a board appt process needs to be started for the below individuals:

Designated crisis responder" means a mental health professional appointed by the county, an entity appointed
by the county, or the behavioral health organization to perform the duties specified in this chapter;

Jerry will begin the process of appointing and tracking the DCR's. We used to appoint these members via Resolution
back in 2011 and prior but have since just "approved" your request letters. I do believe a letter should be sent to each
