I am fine with this as long as the BOCC understands that they would be indemnifying Enterprise in the matters for which they are authorized to act as a Power of Attorney. So the County would be taking on that risk. However, as long as the BOCC is fine with it, I am fine with it. I will not be back in the office to sign until Monday. You are welcome to let Barbara V. know that I have approved this as long as the BOCC is fine with the indemnification. The POA will allow Enterprise to register, license and title the vehicles. Will you please look over this document and make sure you are ok with it? We would like to get it to BOCC this week, but it understand that it is last minute.
