RESOLUTION NOTICE OF HEARING RESOLUTION No. 23- -CC
FOR ESTABLISHING CHAPTER 10.48
OF THE GRANT COUNTY CODE
ENTITLED "PRIMITIVE ROAD
DESIGNATION"
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County Washington has determined
that Primitive Roads shall be codified, and the list reviewed at least once per Anum via RCW 36.75.300,
and
WHEREAS, the Primitive Road Designation List has been reviewed by the County Engineer
and. Traffic Supervisor for accuracy, and
WHEREAS, a process is needed for review of primitive roads that includes Grant County
Citizens, and
- -WHEREAS _ The list of designated primitive roads are as follows on attached EXHIBIT A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board of
Commissioners set a Public Hearing on the report and other related matters on July 18, 2023 at 3:15
pm.
