Per the approved Capital budget for 20211 am requesting authorization to purchase (6)
Portacool Jetstream 270 Portable Evaporative coolers. I have $28,500 budgeted in Capital from
current expense. These are the same as we purchased in 2020 and they worked extremely well
at the Livestock Sale in August.
Pricing as shown:
Airrex $3679 each incl frt.
Air Marketing Group —The company we purchased them from last year. $3699 each incl frt.
AC Wholesalers $3699 each, no frt.
Global Industrial $3799 each, no frt.
Amazon $3891.48 each, incl frt.
I am requesting authorization to purchase from Airerex for a total price of $23,029.11 including
the cost of (8) covers at $110 each. The purchase order will be sent after January 1, 2021.
