The franchiseaW boundaries are all Sections, Townships, Ranges, County Roads, Right of Ways and undeveloped Right of Ways in the jurisdiction of Grant County. Dave Derting, Public Works Engineering Technician gave an overview of the application being presented. This is a renewal of a 50 -year application. He and Dave Bren, County Engineer recommend approval. A motion was made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to close the public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. A motion was made by Commissioner Stone to approve the franchise application as presented. Commissioner Jones.seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
