The Grant County Board of Commissioners wish to thank you and your team at Moss Adams
LLP for all of the guidance given to Grant County on the American Rescue Plan Act (ABPA)
funding we received.
We believe we are headed in the right direction and are ready to terminate the Master Services
Agreement/Statement of Work between our two entities. Pursuant to Section 14: Term and
Termination, this letter serves as our 10 day written notice, ending the agreement effective June
16, 2023. Please reply to this notice, acknowledging receipt.
Again, we appreciate all of the hard work that you and your team haveg iven us over the last nine
months.
