AGREEMENT AMENDING WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
COMMUNITY SERVICES & HOUSING DIVISION
CONSOLIDATED HOMELESS GRANT (CHG)
SUBRECPIENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN GRANT COUNTY AND HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF GRANT COUNTY SIGNED THE 20TH DAY OF JULY, 2021,
AMENDED APRIL 12, 2022 AND June 13,2023
Section 5, COMPENSATION is hereby amended as follows:
The maximum total amount payable by the COUNTY to the SUBRECIPIENT shall be decreased
by $132,608.00 for a total of $1,882,723.00, per attached Amendment F, including budget, to
contract #22-46108-08.
All other provisions of the ofiginal .greem, ent or any modifications to the original agreement
remain in effect.
