I have examined the bids submitted and recommend the following actions:
Items 1 thru 6 - Furnish Asphalt Hauling and Dispatch Services 2021 - 2023
Award the contract to low bidder: James J. Williams

Serial No. 20.182
This was the low bid on a total contract basis. 1 do not recommend the contract be awarded per
item but as a whole. It is estimated the cost to provide these services will be approximately
$194,342 to $240,554 for the 2021 season if diesel fuel prices remain constant. This contract
does not require a performance bond.
