The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the surplus of certain county owned
property for Public Works.
Sam Castro, Public Works Director gave a brief overview of the items stating they will be sold on
www.publics-urplus.com.
A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone, to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. A motion
was made by Commissioner Stone to approve the surplus of equipment/vehicles as presented.
Commissioner Jones seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
