Staffing status
• (1) Seasonal so far with one more to start next week
• Office seasonal (1) to start around May 1 and one around mid-June
• We really need more help based on how busy we are
• Third grounds maintenance person status
Contracts
• Rodeo — ready for signature
Discussion about event scheduling — some direction on smaller events
Long term planning session? —June 13, what would you like from me? Can we do tours ahead of time so
we all understand where we are at?
