RE: Team Training and Meal Expense Approval
Dear Commissioners,
New Hope is requesting to purchase meals for staff on the staff training and development
day- December 16, 2020. We will pay for training and food expenses with various grants
(as allowed) and other unrestricted funding with the agency credit card.
Since this is in county and remotely conducted, I need your approval to pay for staff's meals
with an agency credit card.
Funds to cover all costs are covered under New Hope grants and discretionary funds.
Additionally, our office will be closed to the public that day while keeping our hotline active.
