MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30,202 The Grant County Commissioners session began at 10:00 a.m. with Commissioners Carter and Taylor in attendance. The motion passed unanimously. • Resolution No. 20 -098 -CC making a declaration of substantial need for the purposes of the setting the limit factor of 1 percent for the property tax levy for 2021— County Road Fund. (Approved) • Resolution No. 20 -097 -CC making a declaration of substantial need for the purposes of the setting the limit factor of 1 percent for the property tax levy for 2021— Current Expense Fund. (Approved) • Submittal of Levy Certification for the Current Expense Fund with a regular levy in the amount of $21,000,000.00. (Approved) • Submittal of Levy Certification for the County Road Fund with a regular levy in the amount of $10,500,000.00. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (No vouchers) CENTRAL SERVICES 3. Request to award the Ductwork in the Agriculture Building project to McKinstry in the amount of $37,990.00. (Approved) 4. Letter to memorialize the signing of a contract (signed November 20, 2020) with CivicPlus for their CivicEngage ($71,515.75 for web hosting and design), CivicClerk ($20,888.00 for Agenda and Calendar management), and CivicHR ($151,625.00 for Job Postings and Application receipt) modules. Application for funding from Department of Social and Health Services through the Domestic Violence Prevention; Multi -Year Domestic Violence Prevention Projects Competitive Solicitation. Funding is in the amount of $363,000.00 for a 30 -month period to implement domestic violence prevention projects at New Hope.
